Sanitizwed Unit, newly painted, new towels, linens, , Walk to on premise waterfront Dolphin restaurarant and Tiki Bar,. king size bed. this unit is best suited for a single person or a couple. Walk to many local restaurnats. Choice of two pools and tennis courts for owners and tenants. Up until October 15 Weekly rentals $700.00, Montly $1400. Annual rental with Lease $1400.00 per month pluys security. Annual rental tenant is responsible for Association Background and Credit Check and application fee of $100.00. October 15, 2020 seasonal rental rates will be effective if unit is not rental with an annual lease.. Owner will collect 12% tax and cleaning fee AT CHECKIN. Prospective seasonal tenants are welcome to call owner Jim (571) 278-0153 to discuss seasonal rates.
