Enjoy Paradise. Glen Eagle Golf and Country Club is a private gated community with an 18- hole golf course, many heated pools and a club house with multiple dining amenities. This 2+ bedroom, 2 full bath, 1800 sq. feet Coach home is part of a Mediterranean style architecture, beautiful landscaping and manicured lawns overlooking lakes and natural preserve.

This Coach home is part of a very desirable first floor unit with one car garage and a private entry way. You can enjoy the large Lanai to enjoy the unobstructed view of the 17th hole of the golf course. The rental includes full golf membership which is not included with all Glen Eagle homes.

This beautifully furnished home has everything you need. Updated kitchen and appliances, family room, which includes plenty of comfortable seating, 55” TV, Bose speaker sound system, which opens up to the Lanai and the beautiful outdoors. Dining can be at the countertop, eat in kitchen, dining room or on the Lanai. So many choices to eat, all overlooking the beautiful and scenic view.

The beautifully decorated Master suite, on one private side of the home includes a queen size bed, 2 large closets, a ceiling fan and a view of the golf course. The bedroom includes a 40” TV, cable and a huge master bathroom. The elegant spa bathroom consists of a Jacuzzi bath, a large 2 person stand up shower, double sinks and a private Commode. The second bathroom has a tub and shower decorated in a beautiful coastal design.

The second large bedroom is on the other side of the home and consists of 2 twin beds in a comfortable coastal decor. Easy access to the second bedroom directly across the hall. This closet has a huge loser for all your storage needs.

Conveniently located and serves as an additional bedroom is the office/den in the middle of the home. This room consists of an elegant queen sleeper sofa, small desk and 32” TV. A very comfortable spacious room for you many needs.

The bright white open kitchen is fully equipped with its new appliances. Microwave, Dishwasher, and everything you could possibly need to make your stay both convenient and enjoyable. Enjoy the view of the golf course and beautiful outside from any angle.

Among the many amenities of Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club is the clubhouse. This offers breathtaking views of the surrounding golf course, tropical landscaping, providing its members with services of casual and formal dining, a Pro Shop for your golfing needs or to sign up for a lesson. There is also a large heated pool you can enjoy as you order something to eat. At the clubhouse you will find formal in the newly renovated dining room, casual dining in the lounge or overlooking the golf course sitting outside, meeting rooms, card rooms, billiard tables, ping pong tables, a library and more. The community offers 4 lighted tennis courts, bocce courts, a brand new fitness center with professional trainers, a full service spa with aerobics, Zumba, spinning, yoga and free weights. One of the heated pools is conveniently located across the street from your front door. Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club is also a biking, walking and jogging community. There is truly something for everyone.

This residence is within minutes of the beach, Old Naples, Beautiful Downtown Naples and many wonderful Restaurants. A really convenient location. Only minutes to the malls or take an trip to the Miramar Outlets.
