Indulge in ultimate relaxation on the lawn, gently drifting in the lake water, or take a refreshing swim in the turquoise pool

This tastefully designed three bedroom, two bath home offers a large variety of amenities to comfort your vacation. Located six miles from the white-sand beach and Naples downtown restaurants, shops and galleries.

Practice your swing at local golf courses like Estuary at Grey Oaks, Bear's Paw, and Naples Grande, all within about three miles of your stay.

Grill out on the back patio, where you can beat the heat in a private pool or soak in the private pool spa. You'll have access to a shared tennis court, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler are provided for a visit to the sand. We have bikes and ping-pong table for you to entertain.

We passed a great time suring our vacations at brairwood. Neighborhood is great, acces is pretty easy and we pass good familiy time during the pool and walking outside. House looks like new and all amenities worked fine. Thanks Paul

Well taken care of; quite neighborhood; everything you need in the property; very accommodating owner; handy to Naples points of interest; the view is lovely as are the muscovy ducks, Florida mottled ducks, Osprey, blue gray gnatcatchers, mockingbirds, cardinals, anhingas, cormorants, killdeer, loggerhead shrike and many other birds seen from while comfortably seated in the lanai. Also a pair of otters and sunning cooter turtles.
