The front room offers a den with a tv and a pull out couch for any guests to visit. Walk into the open kitchen that is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs. Both bedrooms offer king size beds with a lot of natural light. Sip your coffee or watch the incredible sunsets on the screened in lanai where if you glance over the treetops you can see the Gulf of Mexico. This condo offers TONS of amenities! Steps to the community pool, a quick bike ride or drive to the clubhouse where you will find pickleball courts, tennis courts, bocce ball and more! This property is 2 miles to Vanderbilt Beach and Barefoot Beach. Brand new boardwalk through mangroves to Hickory Bay, watch sunsets under the tiki hut, fish or kayak. *30 Day Minimum, HOA application fee applies, $175

The unit itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. The walking paths were really great, especially the new boardwalk! Unfortunately the buildings were under major construction further month we were there and the noise at times was too much to even stay in the unit. I was disappointed I was not told about the construction before I booked.
