Perfect for a Family

Perfect for a family vacation! The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed and more. We had a great time. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Great views, pool and everything you need!

Great spot for our family of four and grandparents. Definitely enough space for more kids too. The location is beautiful and close to 5th Ave, Tin City and not far from Old Naples. The host was very easy to communicate with.

Lovely Home

We very much enjoyed our month stay in Kevin's house on the water. The house is better than the pictures; very spacious and accommodating for a family or group of friends. Our friends really liked the many sitting areas for reading and watching the boats go by. The pool was large and the gardens were beautiful. 10 out of 10!

Best house rental ever!

Wow! Not your typical rental. Killer view, beautiful landscaping, comfortable couch (very usable living space), kitchen (everything you need), wonderful fans in the bedrooms (nice cool sleep), no stairs to get in and out of house, morning coffee and evening sunsets on the dock (best thing ever). I'm a very very picky person and I couldn't find thing wrong with this house.

Ideal Setting

The property is located right on Naples Bay, with a west facing view. A full size pool with a nice backyard and dock. Master bedroom was nice, with a walk-through closet to master bath. The two auxiliary bedrooms were on the smaller side, but fully sufficient. Communication with owner was excellent. We had a couple issues early in our stay, but Kevin was quick to remedy them, so everything worked out fine. The location is unbeatable, and the host couldn't have been nicer. A positive experience.

Perfect!

Kevin was one of the best hosts we have ever had! Very attentive and checked on us occasionally to make sure all was well. We stayed with our 3 children (23,21 and15 years old) Plenty of space for us all to do "our thing". The property is in a Fantastic area, close to several activities. Very well kept and prepared for a VRBO with helpful signs around and bikes, Kayaks, Paddleboard etc. Something for everyone. We have never stayed in such a nice place so well managed. Thank You!!
