3 Bedroom villa with office. Large, bright open floor plan with BRAND NEW furniture, appliances, and home accessories. Fully furnished Lanai with your very own private pool, spa, grill and 65 inch outdoor TV, with full streaming capability. Three bedrooms plus and office, will comfortably sleep 8 people. All the comforts of home including TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, family games, beach chairs, rafts, towels, and a queen-sized inflatable mattress. Private 2 car garage, with Tesla Charger available for your use.
The Isles of Collier has a resort-Style pool, lap pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis & pickelball courts and the Overlook bar & grill which offers casual waterfront dining and live music. The community features scenic hiking & biking trails, as well as a brand new outdoor exercise equipment circuit. There are also complimentary paddle boards and kayaks available for use.
We are minutes from Naples Botanical Gardens, Tin City, 5th Avenue Shopping & Dining District, and the pristine Gulf Beaches. Close proximity to Marco Island.

Wonderful, Comfortable!

Randi’s home in Naples is beautifully maintained and has lovely decor. We enjoyed our month long stay. Lovely pool and hot tub in the Lanai. Only 4 minutes out the back gate to The Naples Botanical Gardens. Straight forward checkin and check out. Randi was always available to answer our questions. We look forward to coming back.

Wonderful Stay

Stayed for 1 month at this lovely villa. Everything was perfect from the comfortable bedrooms the great kitchen and most of all the pool and hot tub! The neighborhood was such a surprise. The walking and biking paths and the enjoyable clubhouse and community pool were 1st class. We took of advantage of the tennis, pickleball and work out room. The restaurant on property was great and so convenient. Randi was easy to work with and made our stay so enjoyable. We had many of our kids and grandkids stay during the month and everyone enjoyed it.

Home away from Home

This property is perfect for a stay in Naples. Close to Fifth Ave and the beach. More importantly this community is filled with friendly people. Great place to bicycle or walk. Fun dog park. Pickle ball, Tennis and Bocce are alll available as well as a large up to date fitness center. End your day with a relaxing refreshment at the Overlook Bar and Grill. There is private hot tub and small pool at the unit. The host is very responsive and accommodating. This property is perfect and I can’t wait to go back

Beautiful Home

Really nice home in a great location. Lots of wide walking/bicycling paths, nice clubhouse and fitness center, large dog park, and lots of great pickleball. Home well-provisioned, including really large screen tvs throughout. We have already booked a return visit.
