A Mediterranean Beach home located in the highly desired Naples Park!

Come relax at in this brand new listing. A Mediterranean inspired home located in the highly desired 500 section of Naples Park. Walk or Bike to Vanderbilt Beach. A few blocks away from the iconic Ritz Carlton Beach Resort. Enjoy the restaurants and shopping in Mercato which is less than 1 mile away! This home is ideal for 2 families that have 2 kids each. Total home sleeps 8. Home has 3 bedrooms. One king with its own master bath and a sliding door that leads to the outdoor patio. One Queen room that has a separate entrance to the main bathroom which also has a door from the hallway. This room also has a sliding door to allow entry to the outdoor patio. The third room is a kid bunk bed room. It has 2 bunks that sleep 4 total, a huge bean bag chair, board games and an Xbox for those rainy days. Home has heated pool with LED white lights and an outdoor heated spa jacuzzi. There is even a pool table on outdoor patio for fun pool nights. All furniture, mattresses, decor, appliances, beach items, outdoor furniture, linens and kitchen items are all BRAND new! Also includes brand new washer and dryer in garage and barbecue out by pool. This home is cozy and peaceful. We can not wait till host you and your family. Fur babies welcome!!

for convenient food shopping. It’s in the perfect location.

Waterside shoppes are a short drive
( luxury brand outdoor mall) and a short 15 minute drive to downtown 5th Ave.

Please note that we own another property on the same desired block of 93rd Ave that is 5 houses away. If you’re traveling with a large group please let me know. That home accommodates 6….a modern beach cottage with heated pool with LED colored lights.

The whole home is used for your stay. Our home is your home!!
