This double lot does have another 1/1 unit on the property, yet the yard is split with an 8' high privacy fence to ensure the pool and privacy are 100% yours



The Space:

This house has large sliding glass doors that open to the pool. Lounge chairs and accessories so you can enjoy the sun or shade. Please enjoy the bbq, and bikes available for you to use.



You are only a short ride to the beach!



The home itself is very spacious! Facing the pool is a large living room with hi-def TV and WiFi. Two of the bedrooms are connected to their own bathroom, and all bedrooms have king-size beds.



The master bathroom has plenty of towels, storage, and outlets if you need them. The other bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and a good amount of storage space behind the mirror. The third bedroom also has a king-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a brand-new refrigerator, garbage disposal, and dishwasher.



Guest Access:

There is an additional 1 bedroom unit on the property that is 100% separate from this unit. There is an 8' high privacy fence in the backyard that ensures the pool is only for you.



Getting Around:

Walk or bike, bicycles are included. Uber or lyft are always close by and available

Great home in a great location

The house was as described and was a great weekend getaway. We had a child and pets with us and the house met all of our needs. It’s super close to the beach and restaurants. Recommend for people looking to relax in the pool and hit the beach!

Great Home! Great Host!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent customer service from both the owner and property manager! The home was newly renovated and the pool was heated to a perfect temperature. Complete privacy in the fenced in back yard. Beds were comfortable and the large TV was nice at the end of a long day.

Cuter inside!

The property manager was great at communication! This was at least a 15 min walk to the beach. You are very close to great restaurants and shopping! There was a man walking around on the street (probably on drugs) a couple houses down many evenings that made the location not ideal. Hope he moves. The pool was heated so a great way to spend cool days, but the cover was a piece of bubble wrap and it’s not enclosed, which left it pretty dirty after a few days. The house technically has two bathrooms, but one is super tiny. Two kids couldn’t share the tiny one, so we had to share the large one with a kid. The house had lots of great things like games, coolers, chairs, beach towels, gas grill etc. The strong smells were overpowering for us personally. If you have allergies/sensitivities convey that to the manager prior to your visit.
