"Stayed in an apartment style room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room and outdoor areas were clean and well kept. This is a high end area of Naples, so it is a safe place to stay. There are a lot of restaurants close by and the mall is a short walk from the hotel. A very nice Walgreens is close as well as grocery store with Starbucks and additional shopping next door. The room was quiet and had nice blackout curtains for sleeping. My only note for management is that the elevator for the South apartments is extremely slow and very hot inside so it’s kind of miserable waiting for it and riding inside it; I chose to use the stairs when not carrying heavy bags, but that may not be an option for everyone. The elevator also didn’t have a current certificate of operation displayed. "
