Had an issue with the fridge. Wasn’t cold upon arrival. They fixed it same day. Check in and out was different. There’s a box with a red phone and they’ll give a lock combo to access your keys. But overall the place was good. Especially for the price we paid.

Shocked the moment we checked in we were hit with a large cleaning fee.. The air-conditioning didn’t work.. The floors were too dirty to walk barefoot. Street noise was unbelievable. The view was spectacular. Needed an engineering degree to operate the television remote. The rain, that’s mother nature - can’t do anything about her.

The resort or property fee is over more per night night than the nightly cost of the room. I would recommend no another staying somewhere else for the amount charged. Parking was pretty bad since the majority of the spaces are reserved.
