It’s always a joy to stay at the Claremont. Such an amazing location and building. It’s like going back in time to more elegant and sophisticated age. The service is always friendly, but restrained. The rooms are clean. The grounds are verdant and well kept,

I was disappointed that the shower was not maintained or installed properly. For a venue that charges relatively premium rates, the shower doors should not be on backwards nor slide without being touched. These are basics for a well-maintained facility. I just spent as much on a hotel IN SAN FRANCISCO that knew how to install shower doors. Really? Shame on you.
Staff - on the other hand - were fabulous!
