Wonderful house in Napa, perfect for family

Chris' house was wonderful and our families had a great experince at the home. It was perfectly set up for two families with an upstairs bedroom and living area as well as bed rooms and living spaces downstairs. Very clean, very easy check in/check out process.

The wine makers home was just what we needed. Immaculate home with all you would need. Comfortable beds, great hot tub. Great Downtown Napa House and Hosts!

This was a great house for our Wine Girls Weekend...and much bigger than we thought. The hosts were excellent too - great communicators and accommodating whenever possible. Don't pass up this house!

Perfect Stay in Napa

Great Location and quiet neighborhood with a cute porch!

They were wonderfully accommodating. We were traveling with my elderly mother and she was exhausted from traveling so it was very appreciated when they were able to accommodate us with an early arrival. The house is very cute and comfortable. Many places to sit and the kitchen is a great gathering space.

Napa wine tour

This property is perfect for a group of 4-8 people. In addition to 4 bedrooms, it has a large kitchen and living room to watch movies. It’s a short walk to downtown Napa for dinner and shopping. Highly recommend this over staying at a hotel.

Felt Like Home

Perfect place to relax after busy days exploring the area. My only regret is not getting in the hot tub sooner. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Gave us wonderful recommendations on wineries and food. House was great and on a quiet street. Ps. If you stay here grab your coffee and watch the hot air balloons from the backyard!

Wonderful neighborhood in Napa

Really cute house on very quiet street. 1-mile walk to center of town. Street is almost entirely full time residents so beautifully tended front yards abounding with flowers. House did not have en-suite bathrooms but otherwise well-appointed living & sleeping spaces. Big back yard w/ Weber grill & hot tub. We enjoyed our stay with our friends very much.

Wonderful house walking distance to downtown Napa

This house was perfect for our group of 7 girlfriends wine tasting trip to Napa. There were 4 large bedrooms with 5 beds total and plenty of space to spread out. We were able to walk to downtown and tour companies could pick us up right from the house. Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was super clean and everything we needed for our stay was provided. We absolutely recommend for groups and would definitely stay again. Thank you Chris and Kat!

Exceptional Downtown Napa Retreat: Highly Recommended

I recently stayed at this beautiful VRBO property in downtown Napa with my mom and two older sisters, and our experience was fantastic. Perfect house for Napa getaway

This is a great house for a Napa getaway. House was SUPER clean, had all the amentities that you could want or need and was in such a great location to get to restaurants and wine tasting. All the beds were comfortable, rooms nice sized. Yard was immaculate and the hot tub was very relaxing. Chris was very responsive. Would highly recommend! Only suggestion would maybe have fans upstairs. It was in the 90s and the AC kept the downstairs perfect but it was a bit warm upstairs. But even without them, it was great.

Super clean & Great Location!

I stayed here with my bridesmaids for my bachelorette party and I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. This house was super clean and in a quiet and cute little neighborhood just minutes from the Napa Wine Train and downtown Napa. The house had everything we needed and they even had a hot tub in the backyard, which was also kept up very nice. The yard was freshly cut and the stones leading to the hot tub were clean. I would highly recommend staying here. My only suggetion would be to have one of those roll in air conditions for the upstairs as they do not have a/c upstairs and on certain days it gets very hot up there. Unfortunately, we went to Napa when they were having unusual high heat temperatures. Other than that minor thing, we loved the house!

Perfect for a party of friends!

We were in town for an intensive class, so to be honest we did not utilize all of the features of the house, such as the hot tub, and we barely used the kitchen, which seemed well appointed from my cursory use of it. What we were able to appreciate was the location and the spaciousness and especially the layout. We were four unrelated friends, and this house has four bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, and one bathroom on each floor, I had been afraid that the upstairs bathroom might be located inside the master bathroom, which would have been awkward for the two people sleeping upstairs, but it was not. Upstairs there is also a sitting room, which the upstairs people definitely took advantage of. Overall, a comfortable, spacious, well situated house, with very friendly and communicative owners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was a 20 minute walk from downtown Napa on a quiet street. The house was spacious and well maintained, and the outdoor space including the hot tub was great. We would stay there again!!

Quick Napa trip

We had a great time staying at this sweet home just a short walk from downtown Napa! Perfect for 6 people ( a few more would have fit comfortably too). Space was clean, water in showers was piping hot, and hosts were very kind and communicated well. Thank you for having us!

Awesome stay!

My family and i had a wonderful stay! The bedrooms were perfect to accommodate us, everything was clean and lovely, and check in was as easy as it gets. Location was perfect - we were able to walk downtown and the street is full of charming homes and yards so it’s scenic and enjoyable too! Highly recommend!
