The "NAPA ART HOUSE" is a home filled with original, colorful art. It is a unique, 3 bedroom 2 bath, Craftsman style home built in 1920 and located in Old Town Napa. It is just a few blocks away from world-class dining, over 50 wine tasting rooms, microbreweries, and shopping. There is a robust nightlife featuring The Blue Note, Uptown Theater, and Copia. Make plans now to stay during multi-day events including Bottle Rock, The Napa Valley Film Festival, Flavor! Napa Valley (5 days of fabulous food and wine downtown and around the Valley) and the PGA Golf Tournament at Silverado.

Owned and operated by a local artist and her husband, the home is light, airy, comfortable, and filled with colors found in the original paintings hung throughout the house. All paintings in the Napa Art House are available to purchase.

The property features a secluded back yard with gardens, a new large hot tub, gas barbecue, an expansive deck, and comfortable outdoor furniture. There is also a separate cottage with a new comfortable convertible sofa sleeper. It is business-ready; a quiet spot with Wi-Fi, a large desk, and big screen TV, the perfect place to catch up on some work, simply relax, or take a nap.

There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a gas stove, ice maker, microwave, and espresso maker, everything you need for a wine tasting, simple meal, or a feast!
The NAPA ART HOUSE is perfect for entertaining either inside or outside. It is a great place to stay while enjoying our beautiful Napa Valley.
If you are interested in a private chef on the property, we can help you work out the details.
Our on site Property Manager has a private entrance to the second floor unit. He does not share or have views of the backyard, laundry or parking while guests are enjoying the house. But he is readily available if any problems or questions arise.

Wonderful home.The only minor comment is the primary bedroom could use a new mattress.Loved our 3 nights there from the coffee center to the yard and hot tub to the gas fireplace and family friendly living room.

Awesome Napa Vaca

We had the best stay at the Napa art house. It was so close to downtown and the backyard was used for socializing every morning and evening we stayed! Peter was super communicative. We will absolutely stay again if we come back to Napa

We stayed in the art house with our young children and had a great time. I appreciated that there weren't any excessive checkout instructions. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and using the hot tub!

Beautiful property for family vacation

The art house is such a wonderful place to stay in Napa. We had two toddlers and an infant in our group who loved the backyard, as did the adults. The yard is gorgeous, which has a lovely patio, grass area, hot tub, and cottage; it quickly became the central spot to hang during our weekend. The house was great, and communication/check in/check out was easy and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Napa home and location

Have stayed here multiple times and that is because it is a beautiful home with a picturesque backyard and a short walk to Fuller Park and downtown Napa. Very quite neighborhood and comfortable accommodations for all of us - 5 adults. This has become a staple for us for our annual visits to Napa. You won't be disappointed in any aspect of this home. Highly recommend.

Perfect house in the perfect location

We were here to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends and family, and couldn't have asked for a better home base for our visit in Napa Valley. The house is located close to downtown, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet at night. The house was perfect, and we loved every minute we spent in it. The host left us a lovely card and bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful nice touch to begin our celebration.

Comfortable, roomy indoor and outdoor property

Our small family outing to Napa of three adult couples fit well into this house. The backyard garden, hot tub and deck were private and comfortable. We loved the front veranda as well. The kitchen is large enough for everyone to participate in cooking and clean up. Plenty of driveway and street parking.

An Absolutely Amazing Stay!

My family (4 adults) stayed at the Napa Art House for our yearly trip to the BottleRock Music Festival, and we loved the property. Within 15 minutes of walking distance to downtown shopping and eats, we had no trouble walking to and from the festival each day. The amenities were fantastic, including the hot tub in the private back yard, ground french roast coffee waiting for us when we arrived, and a handwritten note from the property manager welcoming us to the property. All in all, we loved out stay and would definitely stay again next year!

Thanksgiving 2023

We are a family of 3 adult couples and a baby. The house was wonderful for our needs. So beautiful inside and the private garden and patio outside. There was room for time together while also providing solitary space when desired. We felt safe walking the lovely neighborhood. It was also a great location to journey out from. Cozy Napa House

We stayed here in late September for a girls trip. Perfect time of year to visit! The house is spacious, clean, and welcoming. It's about a 30 min walk to downtown or a quick 3-4 min uber/lyft. Great communication with the property manager. Beds comfortable and there was a lot of towels. The backyard/proch area was really cute with the hot tub, patio set, flowers, and twinkle lights. Lots of mirrors available for getting ready in the morning. Quiet location. You can tell the property managers really take care of this house and want the people who stay in it to really enjoy themselves and feel at home. Our grocery order arrived before we did, and the property manager took our groceries inside and even put the items in the refrigerator that needed to be kept cold. They also left a gift to enjoy with eight glasses set out to welcome us to Napa. The women who stayed on the pullout in the guest house said it was really comfortable. Lots of outlets and areas to charge It was really nice. We would stay here again if we decided to stay in napa.
