"The Elm Inn is aesthetically beautiful. The grounds are lovely, and the rooms are also visually appealing. However, our overall stay was not very pleasant. The bed was very uncomfortable in our room. The top of the bed seemed to sag, which made the attempt to sleep very difficult. When we arrived, the toilet paper roll in our room was nearly empty. We ran out of toilet paper and had to order some because there was no staff on the property after 9:00pm; unacceptable. The breakfast was HORRIBLE, and severely lacking. I made it to breakfast with about 30 minutes before it was over, and there was nothing left but crunchy looking bread. I saw a few plates others had and the food looked unappetizing. There was nothing left indication that there were made to order omelets as some reviews suggest. The staff was meh. The amenities were also lacking. Not to mention, Despite the aesthetic properties, I could not ever book here again. Disappointing."
