This is our 4th time visiting this hotel, staff is always great and the property is beautiful. This time we got room 133 and it was the worst definitely needs some attention. Not worth the fee that we paid compared with the others hotel around.

We had a lower level room for $505 where we saw tires. Some other families had nicer rooms. Disappointing!

It snowed quite a bit overnight, but the staff was out bright and early clearing the snow and keeping the property safe.

The housekeeping staff alerted the front desk that you were smoking in the room, and it was coming out into the hallway. We have a non-smoking policy, unfortunately because of that we had to charge you the non-smoking fee.

The area was convenient to where I wanted to be. The overall appearance was nice and we were welcomed with cookies and water. However, the room was not as big or clean as other Double Trees I have been at, and the tiles in the main room were cracked.

They were so hospitable. My family of 7 could not be more than comfortable here. Delicious, abundant breakfast and all the staff are polite and so kind to my excited children. They welcomed our pets and we fully enjoyed our valet parking. Thank you!

Friendly staff at check in. Room pretty clean but hair in sink, shower. Overall room could use an update: desk chair torn, carpeting worn. Nice bedding. Mattress very comfortable. Fitness center well equiped and clean including pelaton bike. Restful stay overall.

Was totally misinformed I had an early work meeting and informed the receptionist as soon as I checked in as my meeting was running running just about 10 minutes late and it was 1045 I requested a late check out very accommodating. My meeting is running 10 minutes late and it’s 11 o’clock and I was told that they will give me until 12 when they check out is at one. Never even received the money I had put on my card for the incidentals. Just totally disgusted when I wanted this Valentine’s Day to be so special for my fiancé she was happy no matter what, but Nanuet Doubletree please do better
