The property is meticulously maintained with a private yard and great outdoor entertaining space. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor and two on the second floor. Although there is a wonderful ocean breeze throughout the house, AC units are in all of the bedrooms. A short walk along a no outlet road leads to community stairs accessing a quiet, pristine beach. Beach gear for your enjoyment is stored in the shed. Using Google maps will help you get a better appreciation of this property, unique to the area, in this lovely neighborhood.
