Great location, centrally located and easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Located on a lovely side street that is quiet and safe. The property was very clean and well equipped with everything you would find at a five star hotel!

Excellent home in the perfect location. We were able to walk downtown every day and not worry about finding a ride. Home is exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable, love that both bedrooms have their own bathroom as well. Perfect for 2 couples. We will definitely be back.

This cottage was perfect for our visit with my husband, son and his girlfriend. Proximity to town made it so easy to enjoy everything that Nantucket has to offer. Cottage was updated with beautiful bedrooms and baths. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and luxurious, fully equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy. Steps from the beaches and close to town, this property was everything my family needed for a few days away from the real world.

Great Stay in Nantucket!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a great location- easily walkable to downtown Nantucket. The property was clean and well decorated. We could have used more towels and the dryer was very slow to dry towels when we washed them. But very minor in terms of a great rental!

Run, don’t walk, to book this property! The location is fabulous for walking to Main Street. It’s beautifully furnished and comfortable. We were talking about coming back after the first night. Highly recommend!

Our experience at Cynthia was wonderful! The house is impeccably furnished and lives up to the online pictures. With a short stroll to the harbor and town, it's the ideal spot for a relaxing stay.

Everything else we read about this place was true. The heat on first floor didn’t work initially but the caretaker was on it quickly to get the heat restored. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Another fabulous stay at Cynthia!

My family and I enjoyed our third stay at Cynthia. The property continues to be lovely and great for our family. We love being able to walk into town, while also being a short drive to other points of interest on the island. Theresa was wonderful, per usual. Thanks for a great trip!
