Drop of Dew is a new construction cottage in the old historic district. This charming cottage has 4 bedrooms each with private bath spread over 3 floors. There is an additional living area and wet bar in the basement. Cottage can comfortably sleep 8 adults or it can accommodate 6 adults and up to 5 kids sleeping in the bunk room (full bed/full bed with a twin trundle)

Wonderful house!
We had the most wonderful week staying in this rental. The proximity to town, restaurants, beaches and everything made the trip perfect! The owner was always available for any questions and was very helpful! The house was spotless when we arrived and easy to tidy up when we left. We can’t wait to come back! Miss the island already! :)

Perfect Home in the perfect location
The home is perfect for family or friends. The 4 spacious bedrooms with their own private bathrooms works perfectly. The fact that 3 of 4 bedrooms are on separate floors creates both privacy and silence. The kitchen is very well stocked with Bosch appliances and plenty of cookware, dishes and glasses. The dining area and living room are excellent gathering areas. This is my first VRBO experience and it has been first class and the host was very professional and available.
