    All bathrooms have been completely renovated. There are three king beds with private bath
    and a bunk room in the basement that opens to the 70" TV/playroom for kids. Outside porch
    has brand new grill with fire pit and seating for hanging out and dinner. There are new 50" TVs
    in each room and living area. Ideal location if you want to be close to town and have easy
    access to beaches. See 45B also.
