Fantastic hotel in a great location. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. So clean! Staff very friendly!

This hotel had everything one would need for a short or long stay. It went beyond my expectations in both the facilities/ amenities and staff service. The location was perfect close to everything and a two minutes walk from the station and bus terminals including the tourist loop bus. Amenities that were not in the room like a can opener or board games could be borrowed from the front desk. There was a “market area” where you could buy your ice creams snacks and nibbles. That area included a...

This is an authentic Japanese experience; it is in an out-of-the-way part of Kanazawa but there is a regular shuttle to the Station. The best thing about our stay is the staff service. They were all amazing and made you feel very welcome.

Perfect place to stay in Kanazawa. Lovely atmosphere, kind staff, clean and elegant lobby and rooms - photoworthy on their own. Nice art display and library. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for having us

Excellent stay👌

We spent one night during our 2 week visit to Japan. We are a family of five with 3 kids under 7 years old. We loved the location as it is located closer to the train station also plenty of dining options nearby. Also the hotel has a 7-11 in the ground floor. Nice and clean rooms. Overall had a great experience.

Large luxury rooms by Japanese standards. This hotel is very upmarket.Situated across from train station and shopping

Comfortable bed and close to the train station. They also supply free spring water from the Tateyama alps. Free tram tickets for hotel guests. Just ask the front desk.

Very close of the station, smart TV, modern and clean with friendly staff.

Perfect location. Beautifully presented modern stylish hotel. Very spacious rooms, especially by Japan standards. Useful having access to self use laundry in adjacent Hyatt House.

Due to the a typhoon we spent 6 nights at this hotel and stayed in each type of room. The hotel is modern, Japanese edge designer hotel in a great location the very best part of Takayama. It took us a few nights before we really understood the philosophy of the hotel owners and management team. It is designed to immerse you in a unique Takayama local experience. So no TVs, free drinks in the main lobby, with its furniture etc made by local craftsmen and a great onsen, you are encouraged to...

The staff are so great! Strong English speakers who were friendly and proactive about offering advice and local suggestions. Bed and room were very spacious for a solo traveler. I had a very relaxing stay here. Would happily stay again.

We booked a superior double room queen bed, non smoking room, this hotel is new and modern it has a lovely spacious dining room for breakfast. There is a thermal bath and sauna for tourists who want to wear their swimmers on the top floor which has great views there is also a men and women only thermal bath if you want to go naked. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk away from the train & bus station. There are plenty of restaurants within walk distance. This hotel and Takayama town was one of...

We stayed at this brand-new serviced apartment during its pre-opening period. Everything was immaculate, modern, and exceptionally well-equipped. There is parking available, and it is conveniently located just a short walk from the old town. We will definitely be staying here again!

The decor was just beautiful. Very modern. The staff were great, all very helpful and friendly. Great location. Our room was perfect. I could have stayed a lot longer. The onsen was wonderful. The only complaint would be that if you have expensive French champagne on the menu, keep it in the fridge! Especially on NYE. But other than that, this hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed in.
