"I did not get to make the trip. My wife fell and broke her wrist two days before check-in date. So I can’t say anything about the property, but I can say something about Generali trip insurance. If you fall into a situation like I did and you contact the trip insurance company they’re gonna want to know a policy number. If you don’t have that you’re screwed. I tried to get some cooperation over the phone, but they saw their caveat and they took it. I’m out over 1000. I have receipt from other trips that I have taken and of course that does mean no good so I’ll continue to fight to see if I can get anything out of these guys.
