Not a 4 Star Hotel

The beds are rock hard. I did not sleep more than 2 hours each night. The walls are paper thin and we could hear people across from us all night long. The carpets were stained. This was in an upgraded lake view room. I shudder to think of what is in a standard room. The front desk is not manned 24 hours a day and if you need to check out before 10 make plans the night before. Most of the staff do not speak English so communicating will be a challenge if you don't know any Mandarin. They say there is a "spa" to get massages but it is really is just a hotel room with some massage tables crammed in where you can lay next to anyone who happens to come in for a massage.

朝、早くから、部屋のドアの音(開け閉め)がうるさく気になった 部屋の清掃による、スタッフの方がドアを締める時の様でした。 ゆっくりされているゲストも居るのでもう少し気おっかていただきたい。

Enjoyed the stay - hotel room was very comfortable - clean and well kept - only real issue i had was that the food at the western breakfast buffet was constantly cold. Food was prepared hot but there was no concept of keeping the hot-trays closed - sounds silly but "warm french toast" would have been nice - service was caring.

环境地点都很理想

非常安静，园子很大。骑自行车服务需要改进，虽然服务态度很好，但是自行车太少总是不够，而且我被告知只能在酒店内部骑，可是为啥我骑了一个小时都不见一部别的自行车呢? ---是服务不标准还是只是找个借口打消我租自行车的念头？总之觉得被耍。还有，枕头很不舒服，太高。

绝佳的位置

酒店位置非常好，在紫金山上，酒店内就有三个湖，在房间内就可以享受湖光山色，窗下湖中的鱼儿游来游去。房间外面是天然氧吧。
