Too far from the City Centre

Too far from the airport, Nanjing South train station, sites of interest, and the city centre. Taxi drivers could not find the hotel without assistance. Breakfast began at 7 am and all food dishes were completely cold (i.e. room temperature....some felt like they were just removed from the refrigerator). The only redeeming factor for this hotel is that the check-in, bar/lounge, and cleaning staff were great! The kichen staff needs to prepare hot food if the hotel wants to garner foreigners. Thanks! 하지만 조식은 괜찮은 편이였고, 객실과 화장실은 다소 깨끗했다 문제는 호텔에 투숙을 하고 나면 구경거리또는 할거리가 없다는것이다. 시내에 나갈려면 택시를 타야한다 그래서 많이 불편함 호텔에서 맥주한잔하기위해 택시를 타고 나가서 10분을 택시를 타야 젤 가까운 마트가 나온다 조언을 드리자면 모든 일정을 시내에서 다 하고 호텔에 잠만 주무실 분들에게 추천한다 조용하긴 하다 호텔 주변에 아무것도 없다. 마트 조차도 없었다. 대 실망

Nanjing hotel

Very good hotel. Could not logon to wi fi because English site. Within 10 mins reception had organised local hot spot so could log on. Very helpful. Outside city center so a taxi ride away. But taxis very cheap only about £5 to city center.

Nanjing

The hotel was a great value, clean rooms, friendly staff. Primarily serves Chinese clients however it welcomes western visitors. I would recommend this over many of the more expensive hotels downtown.

想像與事實有差距

金陵江濱酒店，其實還不錯，環境很好，就是離市區稍遠點，但這麼大集團下的飯店，卻有著不解的規則。且裡面明明有三家餐廳，只能去一家，明明是入住三大人，每天補用品卻只有二人份，是樓下樓上的資訊不透通。每天早餐時也要向飯店說明我們有付押金，可以扣的，如果發餐卷，是不是能改善些?不論是早餐或是餐廳的菜都偏鹹，不知是否南京菜都如此呢?服務員都沒什麼笑容，且明明請她換菜，後面卻說我沒點，只能傻眼，且一間餐廳只有一只茶壺，真是無言以對。對於服務費的解釋，不能認同，不少地方/規矩出乎意料，真的還有改進的空間，畢竟是個大集團旗下的飯店。

酒店不错就是偏了点

酒店很新，但是比较偏，打的司机都绕了几圈。离开酒店时虽然前台为我电话召车，但是为了等的士也浪费十来分钟。其他都好，环境及内部设施都满意。 因为网上付款酒店不给发票！

Very helpful staff, location is too far out

The hotel staff were excellent and even upgraded us to a VIP room when we discovered that building works were planned right beneath the window of our room on New Year's Day - not a good day to be woken up early by drilling! Food in the restaurant was good. The location is very nice if you're in a VIP room and overlook the small lake/surrounding trees, but otherwise the rooms are very average, and the location is just a bit too far out for a 'getaway' break to visit Nanjing and all the sights it has to offer.

Hotel de qualité mais deux problèmes de poids : niveau d'anglais du personnel limité qui rend la communication compliquée d'une part ; d'autre part, ils ne connaissaient pas (en majorité) le site Hotels.com à tel point que, même ma confirmation de réservation à l'appui (traduite en Chinois ce qui fut très utile), ils souhaitaient que je paye une nouvelle fois la réservation bien que celle-ci ait déjà été réglée. Heureusement, à force de discussion, la situation a fini par s'arranger après plus d'une heure et demie de négociation.
