"Had an overnight for an anniversary getaway. Hotel was beautiful, room was very clean and view of pool was really nice. Pool is great, service was not. Only server was trying to setup for a private event so we had to go the bar to order drinks. After dinner we came back to the hotel and they had a whole team decorating outside and inside for the holidays. In the morning the lobby was transformed with a beautiful tree and garland. Lights outside were beautiful. Breakfast was good, fast service and nice patio outside for sitting. Would stay here again. "

"Last year we visited the hotel for the first time we had a great experience. This year was even better Santiago the hotel, assistant manager is phenomenal. He embodies the term hospitality recommend this hotel anyone visiting West Palm Beach walking distance to restaurants, shopping parks. They have a terrific rooftop lounge, great food and drinks."

"The host, Daniel, was great to work with and very communicative. The residence was as described and is located in a safe community. All provided access codes worked and the parking garage space was very convenient to the apartment (maybe a 3-minute walk). It was nice to sit on the balcony for morning coffee and a lite breakfast. The pool seemed great though we never had a chance to swim in it (it was warm) - but we did dip the toes. The gym had great equipment and met our workout needs. We were in town for a wedding in Palm Beach so the location was spot on and very convenient. We loved the roomy bathrooms (needed) to get ready for the wedding and the full length mirror was a bonus. It felt very comfortable and the unit was tidy and clean. We would definitely come back if ever in the area."

"The room was nice, the staff were excellent - from the two valets, the two different front desk attendees and housekeeping would smile and greet. Only complaint is they will not accept cash in the market store…thought it was still legal tender but I guess businesses have a right to request payment in chickens if they prefer. "
