Charged much higher fees than market price for booking a vehicle to airport for guests and the vehicle was too tight. The driver seems not very friendly and no one from the hotel came out to help loading our luggage. Other than these, we had a very good experience with this hotel.

Excellent hotel, as good or better than 4+ stars in major American cities. Staff speaks some English and assists with inquiries and deliveries. Very nice gym and pool.
