掛ふとん、敷ふとんのシーツに何本髪の毛がありました。タンスにある予備のシーツを出して交換しようとしたら、同じように髪の毛がありました。時間も遅く疲れていたので、我慢しました。 午前10時にチェックアウト際、午後に帰り駅までの送迎が利用しようとしたら、フロントの男性職員がどうしても「今すぐ」送迎の時間を決めてもらいたいです。せっかくの優しいサービスなのに、職員の態度により残念な気持ちでいっぱいです。

ホテルの方がみなさんあたたかかったです。 お料理もとても美味しく、石川県で取れる食材を堪能しました！ お部屋に露天風呂が付いていたのですが、そこからの季節は絶景で、お風呂も清潔でした！
