"The location of this hotel is brilliant, surrounded by cafes and restaurants and all town sights are easy walking distance. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are always on hand and will go that extra mile to assist guests. Food was also excellent in the buffet breakfast, lots of choice, fresh and plentiful . The only drawback for me was the bedding, the mattress was too hard and pillows too soft. Otherwise a great hotel to stay in."

"Phuong Nam Hotel has a great location — it’s very convenient and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and several Sapa attractions. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. However, the room itself could use some updating. The furniture and facilities feel a bit worn out, and a refresh would definitely make the stay more comfortable. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re mainly looking for a good location and basic accommodation."
