Cosy beachfront holiday home for families

  • Cozy 81 m² holiday home featuring an open kitchen-living area, lounge, conservatory and three well-sized bedrooms accommodating seven guests and a baby. The house has one toilet and two showers, one of which has recently been renovated. The house was built in 1974 and renovated in 2025.



    The property sits on a scenic plot offering plenty of privacy. The wooden terrace will be built in spring 2026 and provides a lovely setting for peaceful days, outdoor dining and relaxing holiday moments.



    Only 270 metres from the house lies a lovely bathing beach, perfect for all ages. Within walking distance, you will also find a playground, football field, forest and the long dike, ideal for cycling, running or relaxed walks along the coast.



    Shops are available just six kilometres away, and if you want a bit of city life, Nakskov is only a 15-minute drive away. Here you can enjoy cafés, restaurants, shopping and charming streets. The area offers a great balance between nature and convenient facilities.
