"The shower needed a good scrub. Vanity drawer was broken. No extractor fan in shower. The whole bathroom foggy after shower. No place to put your soap in the shower. Wooden Windows didn’t shut properly. I complained and the staff told me that it can’t be fixed. I could hear all the noise from outside. ..."
