Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was quite clean overall despite the building being a very simple style. Although our first room's A/C unit started leaking water, the staff helped us to immediately change to a different room next door. Most of the rooms are occupied by long-term customers, so short-term guests are first floor only. It was generally quiet, and for the price it's a decent deal. The location is not bad, however we thought it would be closer to shopping and food. The immediate neighborhood can feel a bit dark and far away at night.
