A quaint and clean Bed & Breakfast that houses 4 rooms, run by a couple. The establishment is located far from everything, but this was not an issue for me as I had a car. However, if you do not have a vehicle, this could be a challenge. The Bed & Breakfast is ideal for couples and single travelers looking for a peaceful and quiet retreat. However, I would not recommend it for families with children of any age. Kids being kids tend to make more noise, which can be bothersome for the operator. Additionally, foreign children who are not accustomed to the Japanese culture of peace and quiet in public areas may find it challenging to stay here. Overall, the Bed & Breakfast is a lovely place to stay if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful retreat. The rooms were clean and cozy. However, if you have children, I would recommend looking for alternative accommodation to avoid feeling uncomfortable having the need to crept around the B&B with thin walls.

Thank you for your feedback.We strive to ensure a cozy and quiet stay to all our guests and we are unable to accommodate guests, regardless of age and cultural background, who happen to breach our house rules despite being reminded. Children who kindly observe our house rules are always welcome here. We hope you noticed lovely letters we received from our little guests presented in our dining area.Lastly, this is exactly why we accept booking of max. only 2 rooms per group as disclaimed in our website, which your group unfortunately did not observe.

Wonderful hospitality by Kanji and Marilyn who really made us feel at home. Love the cosy homestay coupled with the picturesque view of the farm lands and mountains. My mum enjoyed the bicycle ride around the vicinity which brought back her old kampong days memory. Love it!

Adorable B&B perfect for couples
Wonderful B&B run by an adorable Japanese and Singaporean couple. Breakfast was delicious and will definitely try their dinner next time. Perfect stay for couples and small groups.

Lovely place! It's a house-turned B&B in the fields near center city Furano, nice and quiet but not an inconvenient location (if you have a car). The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the host was very friendly and welcoming! Felt so homely. Would come again.

窓からの景色がとてもきれいでした。美瑛に来たぞ！と実感できました。部屋においてある小物や家具にこだわりを感じました。オーナーさんとその奥さんがとても感じ良く、泊まって良かったと思いました。

新型コロナ直前で大変な中に開業されましたが、B&Bとして、非常に素晴らしいと思いました。 (補足) 6月に行きましたが、まず施設は冬の北海道への対応を念頭に、断熱や密閉性を考慮した素晴らしい設計であることは一目瞭然なすばらしいものでした。省電力で結露を防止したり空気を回したりと工夫が溢れていました。土屋建設さんの設計であると聞きました。(個人的にはそれを見られたことでも感謝です)。 シューティングスターさんは、目前に雄大な十勝岳を観られるとても得がたいロケーションにあり、眺めが素晴らしいです。四季折々伺いたくなりますが、この場所に建てたいという気待ちが伝わってきました。 施設はとても清潔でした。朝食は多くの口コミでも評判ですが、自家製野菜のサラダなどや考えられた材料や魅せ方で満足しました。…奥様お手製の献立ですが、夕食もシンガポールチキンライスに、追加で1品と2個のコロッケをお願いしました。オーナーさんも多いかなと心配して頂きましたが、なんとか食べられました。我々は、旭川では小西鮨さんで海のものを食べ、旭岳温泉で旅館の料理を食べてきましたので、B&Bを入れて、しかもシンガポールチキンライスの夕食というのは旅の組み合わせとして改めて良いと感じました。 夜は庭に出て静かな空気を味わいました。翌日は鍵を持って出てしまい！御迷惑をお掛けしていましたが、気転のきくオーナーさんのおかげで回収頂いて、気待ちの良い旅を続けることができました。風呂やシャワーもよく清掃されていて気持ちよく使えました。テレビ等の映りも鮮明で問題ありません。 送迎については相談可能でした。お客さんの数によるかと思いますが、最寄りの中富良野駅や、バス停まで送って頂いたのはありがたいです。(オーナーのお忙しさにもよりますので、この点について、宿泊予定の方でお願いしたい方は、事前にシューティングスターにご相談が必要と思います)
