Communication was very clear and quick. Bad points. The utensils were incomplete and dirty marks. Liquid wash was finished. No hand wash in toilet and towels used were less than minimum and that too in different colours. I reached quite late at night and the host did guide me well how to collect keys...

"A Recepciós hölgyek kiemelkedően kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, ellenben a szintén ott lévő kedvetlen férfival ellentétben, aki kifejezetten rossz benyomást és érzést keltett bennünk. A Hotel (amit mi láttunk belőle) igazán szocreál, ami önmagában nem gond, hiszen a víz a legfőbb cél egy balatoni nyaralásnál. "This is very nice property located in a somewhat isolated area of Tihany. It is a very easy drive from Budapest on good highways. The resort has lots of amenities that look is definitely something out of the 1970s or 80s. But the staff was helpful, the food in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, was good. The prices in small bar were very reasonable. I would return again "
