Check in and check out was easy. This is also one of the few places that I was able to bring my cats as they travel with me. I would definitely stay here again. "

"I loved waking up to an ocean view. It was so peaceful to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. I will keep this hotel in mind when I return multiple times a year."

"The hotel is older and has some water damage very apparent around the window in our room including cracks in the brickwork. The staff was very nice. The views were beautiful, the elevators were old and slow, it was hard to even see the numbers on the buttons as they were so worn out. For a one-night stay it was fine, it was clean and comfortable."

"We had a great stay at First Colony. Our room was big and comfortable with very nice furnishings. The only drawback was that the shower was quite small. The staff as very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again."

"It was nice ocean front..wish the patio was more private..not enough chairs for each room outside..view was amazing..rooms are dated..beds were very comfortable that was a plus..the staff was very nice and very helpful..we did not have hot water the first night..but they fixes it as soon as i Emailed the office.."
