"Carpets line the hallways of the hotel floors which smell and are in disrepair, and stained badly, with two of the seams completely lifted up which I tripped over on my way to the room. 5-Star-NOT! THe food was good, except for the salads. They were average to poor. Pool was nice size, mostly clean. Gym was good, too. IN that the hotel is out of the city of Nagpur, I wouldn't suggest staying here if you wish to enjoy the cultural life of India."

"The stay was terrible, this should not be listed as 5-star hotel. The rooms were not clean and the reception charged me additional amount confusing my booking with someone else’s. They finally adjusted the amount with all the room service I ordered but definitely a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel as 5-star from an infrastructure, service or food standpoint. For me, this is a poor experience with expedia as I trusted the platform’s rating. "
