Es war alles sehr gut, bei der Ankunft und Bewirtung alles super! Alleine der Mann zur Nachtschicht war eine Katastrophe, durften noch nicht mal unser bei der netten Frau bestelltes Bier austrinken, gab uns nur 5 Min, das geht gar nicht! Unverschähmtheit und so noch nie erlebt! Ohne das Mädel mit der Erfahrung eine wesentlich schlechtereBewertung !

We liked the ambiance,staff and breakfast buffet. Room view was a Carpark at exhaust level to your open windows. No oven or grill in the mini kitchen was disappointing.

Good base for Lake Garda

Great location and ideal base for Lake Garda. Car park small and cars do block entrance/exit so can be delayed if have to leave early whilst another guest moves their car out of way. There is road noise as the windows/shutters don’t give any soundproofing. Room was big and spotless and lovely shower. Kitchenette great too.

Helt otrolig utsikt från terrassen. Modernt renoverat hotell. Stor rymmlig lägenhet med en stor terras på taket av hotellet med en helt makalös utsikt över Gardasjön. God frukost.

Definately worth a visit.

Family of five, we had an awesome stay in Hotel Residence Torbole. The balcony was reat, next time I will ask to get the view of the lake. The breakfast was great, they had it all, there was even a pancake machine which the kids loved. The only thing missing was a hook to hang a towel on by the zink in the bathroom. A lot to see in the area and just across the street was a cute little beach where we swam in the lake.

Die inneneinrichtung war sehr einfach das hotel lag direkt am gardasee vom garten hatte man tollen ausblick auf den gardasee. Das frühstück war sehr gut.

Sehr nette mitarbeiter. Frühstück sehr lecker, betten optimal. Lage perfekt! Direkt am see, der türkis auf dich wartet. Warum nicht 5 stetne? Leider ist der Parkplatz ein Problem...da muss man glück haben. Dazu die unübersichtliche ausfahrt. Was uns am meisten störte war jedoch das zimmer zur Straße. Der verkehr ist durchgehend sehr intensiv und laut. Dank des monotonen klimaanlagengeräusches konnte man dennoch schlafen. Dennoch ein super hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und auch groß. Alles sauber. Das einzige Manko war die Dusche, renovierungsbedürftig. Vor allen der Duschkopf müsste ausgetauscht werden.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk. Trotz Straßenseite,war es dennoch sehr ruhig. Sauberes Zimmer, jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, dass der Fernseher im Frühstücksraum lief. So laut,dass man sich nicht unterhalten könnte. Das ist absolut ein no go beim Frühstück. Insgesamt aber ein gutes Hotel.

Der Blick auf den See und die Berge war außergewöhnlich schön. Leider liegt das Hotel an einer stark befahrenen Straße und das Fenster musste die meiste Zeit geschlossen bleiben. Ansonsten alles top. Sauber und freundlich!

Отель находится на въезде в Наго-Торболе. Нам выделили номер с видом на озеро. Из минусов :все-таки холодно в дождливую погоду. С водой проблем нет. Ресепшн отличный. Всегда помогут.
