Perhaps a few amenities would have made our stay 5 Star, such as an in room coffee maker ( The French press was a disaster and coffee tasted like mud.) An in room mini fridge would have been helpful to chill the complimentary waters. Bathrobes would have been greatly appreciated to go along with the lovely slippers. The hotel is convenient and the food was good, but the reception area is small and the modern design is not really my taste. The rooms are fine, but the beds were not very comfortable. There is no real spa, and the gym is too small for a hotel in this category. Overall, I would rate it closer to a 3-star hotel than a true 5-star hotel.
