受付の人の印象は、淡々と仕事をこなし、ただ早く終わらせたいという印象 駐車場スペースが限られ、車の鍵をフロントに預ける必要があります。 ただ、ドアマンは気さくで印象がいいです。 料金には見合わないと思いました。

不快感だけが残る宿泊施設

宿泊前の電話での問い合わせをした時、不誠実な言葉の対応でした。当日、チェックインの時も笑顔なくの対応に唖然。鍵をあけて入室して暗い部屋にまたまた、唖然。壁に掛けてある額が斜めで唖然。朝食も料金を支払っているのに貧相で美味しくなかったです。最悪のホテルでした。

第一晚房間冷氣不夠凍，wifi 很弱，水壓很弱，我們要求換房，服務員説沒有房換，第二晚回來，他們幫我們轉去另一間房間，以上情況全部改善！ 服務員不懂英文，溝通困難！ 房間很舊！

稲佐山の中腹というのは好みが分かれるかも

　長崎市内を一望できる眺望は良いですね。その代償として、バス(長崎駅前まで片道150円)が1時間に2本というのが適当か否か意見が分かれるでしょう。稲佐橋あたりから歩いて登れる感じではありませんでしたね。部屋を出る時やフロントで、もたついたためにバスが出てしまって30分待ち、なんて1日に1回は経験しましたから（私の問題ですか(笑)?）サービスは良かったと思います。リラックスして過ごせました。
