"Nice convenient areas but the cottages a little too old, need upgrade"

"We had a lovely stay at the Karuizawa Marriott Hotel. The room was neat and tidy, and we especially appreciated the wooden flooring, which gave the space a warm and clean feel. It was spacious enough for a family with kids, making it very comfortable for us. The onsen facilities were also excellent, adding a relaxing touch to our stay. Overall, a very positive experience and a hotel we’d happily return to."

"Excellent hotel with very accommodating staff. Easy to find, right on the main road and right next to a Lawson’s convenience store. Newly renovated bathrooms are particularly good. The complimentary breakfast is ideal to start the day. All staff very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay here and hope to come again."
