Clean rooms. Very friendly owner. Bit painful on the back if you are not used to sleeping without a mattress but I guess that is part of the hanok experience. Toiletries and basic kitchen needs available. Limited transport and dining around the area. Cannot figure out the opening times of the restaurants ...

Ac didn’t work well, carpet, curtains, sheets had stains. The bathroom had bad smell and was not well maintained. Gym and pool were closed without any notice or refund.
