The apartment is great size, clean, well decorated. Very conveniently located with walkable distance to the old town center. The owner is very responsive, gave us detailed instructions well ahead of time and showed great hospitality with wine and cookies to welcome us. We definitely recommend staying here when you visit Nafplio.

2 night stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Nikos place. It was clean and spacious and we loved having breakfast outside on the terrace. The location is away from the town centre, but there are great local restaurants nearby, as well as an amazing bakery.

Great holiday home in lovely Napflio

My family and myself had a great stay at Nikos apartment. It's spacious, clean, well equipped and in a great location. We were given a clear explanation to find the apartment, and there was a welcome bottle of wine and other bits on arrival - thank you Nikos. Napflio is a lovely town to visit, would highly recommend.

Nikos’ apartment was so spacious and livable, with a beautiful patio and view across the city to the sea - so nice! The location was so convenient, the kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. A real favourite for us on holiday - we would love to come back! :)

Cozy apartment in Nafplio

Nice apartment in good location. Easily accomodated 4 adults. Great jumping off point for exploring the Peloponnese. Had a great time.

Enjoyed stay in Nafplio

Property manager was very responsive and helpful . Location is in a residential area 15 minutes walk to centre of town . Is a nice walk with great farmers market on Wednesday’s. Property was spacious and very clean. The view from terrace is partially obstructed.

Great Hosts, great apartment

This 3 bed apt. was very comfortable for our 2 week stay. Well stocked kitchen, washer and outside clothes line for laundry, and responsive hosts. There was an issue with the Wi-Fi when we first arrived, and when we informed host (Nicos) he didn't just put it down to demanding guests/"that's the way it is in Greece"; he actually followed up and found out it was an issue with the entire block and it was being addressed by telecom company. He even messaged us a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything. This was a wonderful stop over in Nafplio and would recommend highly.

Greece adventure

Loved the place. Clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. The directions to check in were a bit sketchy, even with the photos. No address? The air conditioning unit did not work.

Host was great, property just OK

While Nikos was great to communicate with--we both had issues with VRBO in getting the access details which he sorted quickly and got massively lost trying to find the apartment and Nikos was so fabulously patient staying on the phone with us while we navigated around the neighborhood and finally found it. The apartment itself is just OK. The neighborhood doesn't have anything around it in the way of restaurants or cafes--be prepared to drive to the center for everything.

Hard to find. Address provided was not accurate. Pictures helped but wandered around a bit to find. Self locking door was unexpected and very inconvenient. A hidden key on deck would be helpful. Host was responsive. Welcoming basket was excellent and it was well stocked. AC was great.

Το σπιτι ηταν πολυ καθαρου. Το μονο θεμα που βρηκα ειναι η τοποθεσια που δινεται. Σε μηνυμα που μου ηρθε η οδος ηταν στο νουμερο 16 και τελικα ηταν απο το πισω στενο, αυτο δεν ηταν πολυ ξεκαθαρο. Κατα τα αλλα ηταν ολα εξαιρετικα.
