For the price I was rather disappointed. The facilities, cleanliness and the location certainly met the five star price- no complaints. The breakfast, service, and web center however were two star at best. The hotel staff were not multi-lingual (acceptable/understandable) but even when communication was made clear there was a lack of knowledge about the area, staff did pass messages to the follow on shifts for taxi requirement, room was not prepped with crib as requested, breakfast (although lots of options were available) was overcooked, perhaps several days old and was understaffed. The web center although well equppied at first glance was slow, difficult to print from and two computers were malfunctioning,
