"We loved our stay at Hotel Monopol. The location was unbeatable. One unique thing about the hotel was it's interior design and structure. Breakfast was ordinary tho compared to what advertised. So I guess the best deal is without Breakfast and you can find lots of great brunch places just steps away from here with much affordable prices. I personally liked the spa massage. However the pool was very small and only 2-3 group of people could enjoy it at the same time. Overally it was a great experience"

The hotel was clean and tidy, though the bathroom felt somewhat dated and the shower was disappointing. I requested a room change but was told no, so the staff were not particularly helpful. As a gold member of other chains I found this disappointing as get treated better with them"
