Bula mr Ravinesh .thanks for your comment .the whole world nows that its was hurricane seasons in fiji since from 15/11/23 the power was off by E.F.L . we told you that we will provied you electricity by hotel genraitor and u make your mine and told us that you want to stay in five star hotel and you went .thanks from manager Raju . . .

Building work is completed some works are getting done on different section of the property which does not interrupt the hotel guest or business and Maintanenance work are always carried out in the hotels, you stayed for only one nights what type of service you expected that was not provided to you

Hi thank you for your coments, you booked I units than ask for bigger unit, you checked it properly than only you came to pay extra, while you were at the reception I guest came from Suva drive 3 hours got tied and want to rest for a while then go he ask can he get unit for 4 hours to he came with one female "should I ask her is she a prostitute (we only have house keeping here and no other female at the apartments, In your terms any person regardless where they came from you without kids and want to rest for fews hours then proceed further are called "prostitution" there is only 2 level building the how come you travel 3 level, you show there is no elevators then why did you checked then paid for upgrade. before moving out you said you have no issues with the hotel or it set up only issues was the guest who wated to check-in for few hours he only asked he did not check-in man what happen to your mentality grow up please

Hi thank you for your comments, when you checked-in on 31/2/23 @ 11am you said you want to stay only for 2 nights as you need to be in Suva on the 2/8/23, with out seeing the unit you told me your movements, I advise you about the non refund policy as payments goes to Bank and I do not have authority to withdraw as I am not the signatory, through your entire stay you did not compalin of anything. On the 2/8/23 when you checked out I asked even your partner said everything was so nice and clean and now you making false statements, you did not asked us to change your bedding how did you stay on dirty linen on blood sheet without any complain for 2 nights please do not lie, if we could not refund for last day you should plan your holiday

you running a hostal business and you took the booking but could not accommodate the guest, then you booked our apartments for 1 bed room units and told the guest its 2 bed room unit, infect you never place your step in our compound but you book for one Maharaj who stayed he had only one issue he paid you for 2 bed room but you booked for one bed room. he found it very uncomfortable as his sister and brother-in-law was him so he found very unfortable. why you blame others for you deeds, please correct your fact and accept your mistake

Hi Dinesh thanks for for degrating comments, ac and TV, was working I have a guest there right now in the same unit from USA he has no complain he says everything is in perfect condition, shower in good condition, there was 3 roll of toilet paper, who need lift for 1st floor, infect we helped you carry your luggage, I know you do not iron bed sheet and pillow case but we did it for your units, pool you can count tiles at the bottom, all the utesil are washed after the guest check-out, the unit was very clean I do not know how to explain to you. we are getting over booked from last 4months , If we were dirty our 80% guest wont return back

This guest has arrived to the hotel filled in the form , which was incomplete , did not even have time to fill in the all the details , he was in rush the guest took the key with him and didn't checked in the room . There was no show upon this guest and after 2 days of his departure date he came to the premises to return the key . For the two days we were not able to sell the room and we were fully booked . And when the guest came to return the key he said that he booked the hotel very far away from the place he had to the function and all . So he end up staying some where else..... this particular guest is Fiji born and in Fiji nearly all the roads are gravel ....
