Really nice property with amazing dinner and breakfast buffet! We had a family room with futons, which were quite comfortable. Most of the resort is a bit dated. We rented a private onsen, which was a great option. Staff super friendly and gave us a complimentary ride to the train station.

What a gorgeous property. I had a balcony room with view of the ocean. The garden in front is stunning. Good selection was superb. We did the private Onsen. Wonderful. The sauna stones are great. Kids had fun with ping pong, ball pit and rock wall. We rented bikes from the lobby.

Best hotel of my trip

A truly fantastic place to stay. I ended up getting a reservation here last minute after the accommodations I had booked were a little questionable. This place was a great decision. The check-in was smooth, and they worked with me and my choppy Japanese. The room was fantastic, spacious and had a great view. The onsen was very clean and relaxing. The dinner buffet, added on for 990¥, was truly over the top, everything I could want including the local maguro in various forms. Rented a bike for 200 to go around town for a little while, and got a lot of help transferring my luggage to Tokyo. Switching to this hotel was a great decision

Charged me twice

The hotel charged me twice and they did not refund me. Nice hotel and good experience but they need to be better with s along with foreigners . No number to call and completely ignored me .

Nice experience

Good hotel, a little bit outdated but the service is excellent. Onsen facilities are nice, there is the possibility of having a private one. Sorrounding area is great.

海沿いの温泉宿

出張の合間に一泊しました。 温泉も施設も素晴らしく不満はありません。 が、もし対応可能なら15～17時の間に軽食かルームサービスを頼めるようにして欲しいです。 今回、那智勝浦駅到着が14時半頃で、朝から何も食べないで到着したのですが駅から宿までに開いている飲食店はゼロでした。 ※14時までと17時以降でアイドルタイムは開いてる店はありません 大阪（名古屋）からの電車内も社内販売ないですし、大阪（名古屋）で食事なり駅弁を購入しないと夕方まで食事難民になります。。。

Hotel sehr schön an einer Bucht gelegen. Halbpension in Bufetform qualitativ sehr hochwertig und vielfältig. Einziges Manko war das etwas ältlich wirkende Bad und die stellenweise renovierungsbedürftige Einrichtung.

17時半に宿に着いたが、夕食が17時から18時半までか、20時から21時半までかの二者択一だった。19時から20時半までは、既に一杯との事だった。お風呂に先に入ってからの20時からにしたが、お腹が空いて仕方が無かった。泣きたいくらい虚しかった。また、館内の説明が無く、フリードリンクがある事に、次の日に気が付いた。
