"Even after speaking with the every level of management my stay was ruined due to the entry to my room was never secure. I was told upon checkin the door was broken and being repaired. The door was never repaired and anyone could push my door and gain entry. I wrote a lengthy email with no response. ..."

"Construction begins at 7 am next door and is constant all day!! I went to the front desk and requested an upgrade or to cancel. They didn’t even call respond. They don’t clean the room amenities are not included and I had to go four time just to get towels. For $300 a night this place is a disaster!!! ..."
