Superb single storey villa, located in a quiet, very famous and above all well secure residence just 50 meters from the beach; composed of a large living room with fireplace, a living area, dining room, well-equipped fitted kitchen, shower room, large terrace, barbecue, a grassy garden with outdoor shower and private parasol by the beach.
