"Last year, we were accommodated in a much newer and more comfortable bungalow. This time, however, we were given an older one in comparison to the surrounding options. I may be mistaken, but it gave the impression that certain nationalities might have been given preference. "This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....
