"Michael and Majella were wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcome during our stay. Their Chalet was lovely, homey and a short walk from a beautiful and quiet beach. Michael pointed out the Cliffs of Moher just along the other side of the bay, which really helped put the area's beauty into perspective. All in all, the stay was splendid. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to the area.Also Michael and Majella gave great directions on taking public transportation to the property. I almost couldn't believe that buses would make personalized stops, but they did. Truly Inverin is a special place!"

"Castle View House is exceptional. Our family of six VRBO for nearly all of our vacations and this stay was beyond compare. The house is as gorgeous as it is pictured and its setting is breathtaking. Inside is beautifully appointed and perfectly clean. Sally is a gracious, welcoming host who met us at the door to guide us through the check in. She even stocked our fridge with fresh, local foods and homemade bread! Only two of our sons (15 and 17) accompanied us on this trip and they fell in love with the spaciousness of the house and the immediate access to the Cliffs of Moher Walk outside our door. The house has everything a family needs to fully relax. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and welcoming. The dining and sitting rooms provide more areas to relax and enjoy the view of the castle and sea from the windows. Bedrooms are lovely and comfortable, affording everyone both privacy and access to the gorgeous farm views. Doolin village is a five minute walk down the hill. We went down all but one of our five night stay to enjoy the amazing live music sessions that simply happen Gus O’Connors. (And the food is great, too! Awesome fish and chips and curry.)We walked to the Doolin Ferry and spent a day in Inish Mor followed by the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher add-on trip. A quick drive and we were hiking the Burren and enjoying the Aillwee Cave. We also did a day trip to Blarney Castle and were home in time to make dinner. We simply loved it and recommend it highly."

"This was a beautiful location near Doolin. We thought it was much closer to walk to town, but it was too high up the mountain to walk there and back. But a 5 minute drive was fine. Also, it may be that we are Americans but we didn't know how to use a lot of the appliances in the house correctly and couldn't find instructions, but a quick text to the host was answered immediately."
