I would like to recognize the staff at the Aurora Hotel, specifically Ms. Mia, Mr. Tee, and Mr. Andy, who were exceptional. The 3 of them went above and beyond. to make my stay enjoyable. Ms Mia was so pleasant and a joy to talk with, Mr Tee gave me some great ideas in my travel plans as an adventurer, and Mr Andy was really interested in how my day went. The rooms were to my liking, and I asked to be placed on a lower floor, which they were able to accommodate. Any restaurant, massage, excursion, etc, was within walking distance or an Uber/bus ride away. Some friends and I are already making plans to come back, and we will be staying again at this hotel. Our stay at Hanoi Splendid Hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the city’s attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Very nice to stay in this hotel.. will come for next trip in Hanoi. Staffs are very kind, especially Ms. Jolie, Chloe at reception, Mr. Marco, Enzo and Alberto at front door, and Ms. Bella and Alice at restaurant. They are super kind and helpful while We stayed.. Foods was delicious, hotel condition was good. Everyone has big smile all the time to make customer happy..

Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! Defo a big thumbs up to this company.
