They did not clean the room and we were there 3 nights

We stayed in the Versailles Tower. The room itself was nice and updated, but I was disappointed at the view we were afforded. I paid for a pool view room, but the room was so low to the ground that we couldn’t actually see the pool. Our view was more like an alley view, with extremely dirty windows. This was deceptive marketing. The connector between the Paris lobby and the Versailles Tower was completed and easy to follow, but it was a long walk to arrive at our room. In the room itself, I was disappointed that a “4 star” hotel didn’t offer a microwave or refrigerator in the room. The bed was average with regard to comfort level, but the bathroom was very nice. Furthermore, despite the hotel’s 4 star status and exorbitant resort fee, only two devices were allowed to access WiFi in a room that sleeps 4. Others could access WiFi for a $15 fee. The check-in process at the hotel was horrible despite doing “mobile check in” — I waited for at least 30 minutes to get through the line, and I know others waited for much, much longer. I’m not sure what the hotel can do to reduce wait times for visitors, but it was really bad. I did not see other hotels having the same issue. We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel’s location, atmosphere, and casino access. It was also a short walk from other popular resorts like the Bellagio and Caesar’s Palace.

Staff was awesome and helpful

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

The only thing I did Not like was that we had baby food & medicine that needed to be refrigerated and the room didn't have a refrigerator to store the items, they only have a "stocked" refrigerator with beverages that charge your credit card if you Move them.
